Terms

  1. The responsibilities of the Hotel arising from the lease agreement include:
    • Maintaining proper cleanliness of the rented room and its equipment,
    • Changing bed linen with each new room rental,
    • Changing bed linen upon the Guest’s request,
    • Changing towels upon the Guest’s request.
  2. The Hotel is obligated to provide:
    • Fast, efficient, and courteous services to hotel guests, as well as promptly responding to reported comments and reservations regarding the level of services, equipment functioning, and cleanliness and order in the Hotel – by taking actions to eliminate defects or deficiencies within existing possibilities,
    • Conditions for the full rest of the Guest, especially the integrity of the rented room, in particular by not performing any activities in the room without the Guest’s consent, such as cleaning, excluding necessary repairs.
  3. The Hotel is obligated to provide the hotel guest with the following services free of charge upon request:
    • Wake-up calls at a specified time,
    • Receiving and delivering mail,
    • Receiving luggage for storage,
    • Receiving valuable items for deposit.
  4. The Hotel is obliged to inform the Guest about the prices of services provided by displaying the current price list for the given hotel day in the reception. The daily rate includes accommodation in a hotel room and breakfast served in the restaurant.
  5. Upon the hotel guest’s request, the reception is obligated to issue a VAT invoice after providing the Tax Identification Number (NIP).
  6. Receipts are issued to guests not mentioned in point 5.
  7. The Hotel should provide hotel guests with information related to their stay in the city and planned further travels, schedules, important addresses, cultural and sports event programs, etc.
  8. The Hotel’s liability for the loss or damage to items brought by individuals using the hotel’s services is regulated by the provisions of Articles 846-849 of the Civil Code.

INFORMATION FOR HOTEL GUESTS AND GUIDELINES REGARDING OBSERVING ORDER IN THE HOTEL.

  1. The person arriving at the Hotel is obliged to check in for a temporary stay at the hotel reception.
  2. The hotel guest registers based on the presented identity document.
  3. The fee for the stay is collected from the guest on the day of arrival (in advance), no later than an hour after arrival.
  4. The hotel day starts at 2:00 PM and ends at 12:00 PM the next day.
  5. By renting a hotel room, the guest specifies the period of stay at the hotel, and in the absence of such determination, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one day.
  6. The request to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival is reported to the hotel reception by 11:00 AM on the day on which the room rental period expires.
  7. The Hotel Manager may not consider the request to extend the room rental period due to the acceptance of earlier orders or other important reasons.
  8. Silence should be observed in the Hotel from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM the next day.
  9. The hotel guest is not authorized to transfer the vacated room to other people, even if the period for which the payment for the stay has been made has not expired.
  10. Persons not registered in the Hotel cannot stay in it from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM the next day.
  11. Visits by hotel guests staying in multi-person rooms should generally take place in common-use areas.
  12. The use of any devices or appliances powered by electricity – not constituting equipment of these rooms – is prohibited in hotel rooms.
  13. For fire safety and personal safety reasons, hotel guests are not allowed to:
    • Store flammable, corrosive, or foul-smelling materials in the room,
    • Smoke tobacco.
  14. Before leaving the room or going to sleep, the hotel guest should:
    • Close taps in the water installation in the room and bathroom,
    • Close windows or secure them with appropriate hooks,
    • Turn off devices consuming electrical power.
  15. The hotel guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of objects, equipment, and technical devices of the Hotel, arising from their fault or the fault of visitors. In the event of damage caused by the guest, they are obliged to pay for the damage assessed by hotel employees at the time of vacating the room.
