    • According to Article 6(1)(f), we process personal data for the purpose necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator (monitoring the facility for security purposes, adapting services to guests’ requirements, debt collection).

We control their implementation and constantly check their compliance with relevant legal acts – the Personal Data Protection Act, the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, as well as various executive acts and community law acts.
  5. Personal data is processed based on the consent expressed by the User and in cases where the law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data based on legal provisions or for the purpose of fulfilling an agreement concluded between the parties.
